The staff was incredibly accommodating, making my room change seamless.
The bar prices during the event were excessively high and disappointing.

Parking proved to be a significant hassle with limited space. had to park a 10-minute walk away. The room layout felt dated, including the bathroom setup with a shower over the tub, which could use a modern touch. Though the room service meal came quickly, the quality was subpar—definitely not what I'd expect for the price. Plus, breakfast had an extra charge for in-room delivery, which felt unnecessary, especially considering the price of a night here. Lastly, the bar fridge was disappointingly bare during my stay, affecting late-night cravings.

the breakfast was like the best ever, so much food to choose from and it was all fresh. room was super clean, seriously the cleanest hotel i ever stayed in. also, the lobby looked really nice and fancy. staff were friendly too. location was pretty good, just a 15 min walk to the city center.
but the hallway smelled weird, kinda like sweat and curry? ? and i could hear everything in my room, it was like the door was open.

Just a decent option for a weekend getaway in Glasgow, great for the money. The bartender who made my morning coffee was super friendly and the drink was excellent. Heads up, the pool access costs extra—look out for that.

Good experience overall, with a clean family room and helpful staff. The breakfast buffet was impressive, highlighting local dishes. However, the surrounding area felt a bit unsafe at night. The gym access was an advantage, but I wish pool usage was complimentary.
