Great stuff and food, we liked this family-friendly hotel. The location was magnificent - ease of access to The Ferry. Took a walk around city centre, located relatively close to the venue.
Well, the area was disgusting overall.

The staff was accommodating, making my room change seamless.
The bar prices during the event were excessively high and disappointing.

Friendly staff, facilities for fitness and swimming pool with 15m lane, whirlpool and sauna. Very good breakfast.
Wifi is only offered for a fee!!! (3 days about 40 Pfd). Our reference to an extremely squeaky bathroom door was unfortunately ignored.

Parking proved to be a significant hassle with limited space. Had to park a 10-minute walk away. The room layout felt dated, including the bathroom setup with a shower over the tub, which could use a modern touch. Though the room service meal came quickly, the quality was subpar-definitely not what I'd expect for the price. Plus, breakfast had an extra charge for in-room delivery, especially considering the price of a night here. Lastly, the bar fridge was disappointingly bare , affecting late-night cravings.

Location and cleanliness
View of demolished buildings. extra 15€ for the underground car parking. Extremely loud air conditioner. Over 200€ per night is extremely expensive. Would never stay here again.
